Our offices and protected warehouse are situated in Almere, the Netherlands, in the immediate vicinity of Schiphol Airport and situated close to one of the main highways of Europe (A1). From our own stock in our warehouse in Almere, we can deliver large or small quantities quickly and cost effectively to everyone in Europe.
IDCP is an importer and distributor. We are not an agent working on a commission. We buy your products directly for our own account and risk, even when it comes to products for demo or for showrooms. So you run no financial risk.
The look and feel of products remains essential in putting new products on the market. In order to make our products known to customers or channel partners, we have a private showroom in Almere where we can demo a wide range of your products.
In order to make a product successful, it is of paramount importance that the resellers do not offer your product too expensive or too cheap. Identifying price deviations is therefore a daily task for the IDCP team. This is of great importance to give innovative products enough time to create a stable position in the market.
Language understanding is vital in doing smooth business in Europe. Therefore the IDCP team is fluent in the most common European languages.
We develop marketing materials on your behalf. This means multilingual packaging that complies with the European legislation, but also multi-lingual websites, brochures, manuals, point-of-sale and visual materials. For the necessary translations we work with native speakers at accredited agencies. We also initiate above- and below-the-line advertising campaigns such as promotion through Google adwords or airport promotion.
Some products are so innovative that there is a risk that your product is not offered in the right channels. IDCP is not bound to certain channels and will identify the most appropriate channels for your products. These channels are monitored by personal visits and constant screening. From our experience in target group selection we shape to the right channels for your sales. This is a dynamic process that is constantly monitored and controlled by our staff. We maintain a close personal relationship with each reseller, just as we do with you.
We participate in the leading national and international trade fairs such as CeBIT, Medica and IFA where we, if relevant, work with you to promote your product. We also approach the general and trade press to generate free publicity. From our own stock, we can provide demo units to press and showroom models to channel partners.
Creating a streamlined after sales program is time consuming and expensive. IDCP takes full responsibility for the after sales service and support and RMA procedures. This saves you time and money and you have the assurance of satisfied resellers and end users.
Due to the intensive cooperation between IDCP and its partners, we act as a sounding board when it comes to product development. We do in-house and joint testing with our resellers and investigate many product to be your eyes and ears in the market.
